Every paid programme of 30 days or more, including the 42-Day Comeback Challenge, comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Start it, and if within the first 7 days it is not for you, message me and I refund you in full. No questions.
You can also cancel for a full refund before your first personalised plan is delivered. Once the 7-day money-back window has passed, fees are non-refundable, because the plan has been built specifically for you and you have had a full week inside it. If something genuinely goes wrong, write to me and I will look at your case fairly.
Life happens. Medical events, family emergencies, work travel, exam season, religious obligations. These do not need to end your coaching.
You can pause your program once for up to 30 days without penalty during the active program period. Send me a WhatsApp with the reason and the dates, and your program clock pauses. When you return, the remaining days resume from exactly where you left them. Use it when you genuinely need it, not as a way to delay starting.
Coaching is a relationship between two people. Both sides have responsibilities.

Either side can end the coaching relationship if the commitment is consistently broken. If I am the one stepping back, for any reason on my side, a pro-rated refund of unused weeks applies.
The plans, content, methodology, and the system you receive are the intellectual property of The Mind Reforge. They are licensed to you for personal use during and after your program.
You may not republish, resell, or redistribute the plans or methodology, share the documents with people who have not paid, or use the system as the basis for your own coaching product. You may discuss your experience freely, share your own before and after results in your own words, and recommend the coaching to others. Referrals are welcome.
I take client data seriously, because clients trust me with sensitive information: their bodies, their medical history, their goals, their photos.
What I collect: your contact details and what you tell me when you message me, your intake details when you join a program (measurements, medical history, dietary preferences, goals), and your progress photos and check-ins during the program.
What I do not do: I do not sell, share, or trade your data with any third party, and I do not keep your data after you ask me to delete it.
You can request full deletion at any time by emailing basit@mindreforge.com with the subject "Data deletion request." Your data is removed within 30 days and you receive written confirmation.
Your progress photos belong to you. The Mind Reforge does not own them.
I may use client photos publicly, on Instagram, the website, or the media kit, but only with the face blurred or cropped out. Bodies and results visible, faces not. If I ever want to use a photo with your face visible, I will ask you separately, in writing, for that specific photo. A WhatsApp message or email from you is enough. You can revoke consent for face-visible photos at any time, and I will remove or re-edit them promptly.
Payments go through a trusted third-party processor (Stripe), and I never see or store your full card details. For the 42-Day Comeback Challenge, payment is taken securely on this website by debit or credit card. For one to one coaching, we agree your program first and I then send you a secure payment link.
Prices are shown in your local currency and are the coaching fee only. Where local law requires it (for example India GST), tax is added at the time of payment. Pricing changes do not affect existing clients: If you join at the current price and prices later rise, your program runs at the price you paid. Renewals are arranged over WhatsApp at your existing rate where it applies.
I am a transformation coach, not a medical doctor, registered dietitian, or licensed therapist. The plans and recommendations I provide are general nutrition and fitness coaching, not medical treatment.
Before starting any program, especially if you have a medical condition (diabetes, thyroid, PCOS, a cardiovascular condition, an eating disorder history, if you are pregnant, or recovering from surgery), you must consult your own doctor and confirm the program is appropriate for you. The Mind Reforge is not liable for health outcomes outside the coaching scope, injuries from unsupervised workouts, reactions to conditions not disclosed at intake, or outcomes from incomplete execution of the plan.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that you have with Mind Reforge Limited (trading as The Mind Reforge).
