1. Cancellation and refunds

Every paid programme of 30 days or more, including the 42-Day Comeback, comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Start it, and if within the first 7 days it is not for you, message me and I refund you in full. No questions.

You can also cancel for a full refund before your first personalised plan is delivered. Once the 7-day money-back window has passed, fees are non-refundable, because the plan has been built specifically for you and you have had a full week inside it. If something genuinely goes wrong, write to me and I will look at your case fairly.

• Where a refund is agreed, it is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. This is our refund turnaround time.
• Plan changes, a pause, and continuation stay available to you throughout the programme (see section 3).

2. What is not refundable

• Day One. It is free.
• A programme after its 7-day money-back window has passed.
• Brand partnership, sponsored content, and rate card fees. These are commercial agreements with separate written contracts and timelines.

3. Pause and reschedule

Life happens. Medical events, family emergencies, work travel, exam season, religious obligations. These do not need to end your coaching.

You can pause your program once for up to 30 days without penalty during the active program period. Send me a WhatsApp with the reason and the dates, and your program clock pauses. When you return, the remaining days resume from exactly where you left them. Use it when you genuinely need it, not as a way to delay starting.

4. The coaching code of conduct

This section covers the one to one coaching packages, the 30, 90 and 180 day programmes booked through mindreforge.com/mentoring. Coaching is a relationship between two people. Both sides have responsibilities.

What I commit to:

• Weekly one to one video calls, at a time that works for you
• Plan rebuilds every week based on your real progress
• WhatsApp replies within hours during the day, the next morning at the latest. Priority WhatsApp on the 90-Day and Full Comeback means faster replies and check-ins from me
• Honest feedback. If something is not working I will tell you. If your situation is outside what I can help with, I will tell you that too.

What you commit to:

• Honest reporting in weekly check-ins. The plan can only adjust to the truth.
• Weighed meals, not estimated portions, for at least the first 30 days
• Completing the workouts as prescribed, scaled if needed but not skipped
• Responding to weekly check-ins within 48 hours
• Reaching out when things slip, instead of pretending it did not happen

Either side can end the coaching relationship if the commitment is consistently broken. If I am the one stepping back, for any reason on my side, a pro-rated refund of unused weeks applies.

The 42-Day Comeback. This programme is different from the one to one coaching above and does not include one to one calls. It is self-serve: one payment, and your 42 days start right away. Each day gives you the mind work for that day, a whole-food meal plan built for your body and food type, a workout for your body and your space, one main daily challenge, a hair and skin thread, small daily habits to tick off, your own Comeback Assistant, and access to the members Room. The free hair guide opens inside the programme on Day 8. Paid calls with me are a separate product, booked and paid for after you buy.

5. Intellectual property

The plans, content, methodology, and the system you receive are the intellectual property of The Mind Reforge. They are licensed to you for personal use during and after your program.

You may not republish, resell, or redistribute the plans or methodology, share the documents with people who have not paid, or use the system as the basis for your own coaching product. You may discuss your experience freely, share your own before and after results in your own words, and recommend the coaching to others. Referrals are welcome.

6. Privacy and your data

I take client data seriously, because clients trust me with sensitive information: their bodies, their medical history, their goals, their photos.

What I collect: your contact details and what you tell me when you message me, your intake details when you join a program (measurements, medical history, dietary preferences, goals), and your progress photos and check-ins during the program.

What I do not do: I do not sell, share, or trade your data with any third party, and I do not keep your data after you ask me to delete it.

You can request full deletion at any time by emailing basit@mindreforge.com with the subject "Data deletion request." Your data is removed within 30 days and you receive written confirmation.

7. Photo usage

Your progress photos belong to you. The Mind Reforge does not own them.

I may use client photos publicly, on Instagram, the website, or the media kit, but only with the face blurred or cropped out. Bodies and results visible, faces not. If I ever want to use a photo with your face visible, I will ask you separately, in writing, for that specific photo. A WhatsApp message or email from you is enough. You can revoke consent for face-visible photos at any time, and I will remove or re-edit them promptly.

8. Payments and pricing

Payments go through a trusted third-party processor (Stripe, or Cashfree in India), and I never see or store your full card details. For the 42-Day Comeback, payment is taken securely on this website by debit or credit card, or in India by UPI or card. For one to one coaching, we agree your program first and I then send you a secure payment link.

Prices are shown in your local currency and are the coaching fee only. Where local law requires it (for example India GST), tax is added at the time of payment. Pricing changes do not affect existing clients: If you join at the current price and prices later rise, your program runs at the price you paid. Renewals are arranged over WhatsApp at your existing rate where it applies.

9. Coaching is not medical advice

I am not a medical doctor, registered dietitian, or licensed therapist. The plans and recommendations I provide are general guidance on food, training and daily habits, not medical treatment.

Before starting any program, especially if you have a medical condition (diabetes, thyroid, PCOS, a cardiovascular condition, an eating disorder history, if you are pregnant, or recovering from surgery), you must consult your own doctor and confirm the program is appropriate for you. The Mind Reforge is not liable for health outcomes outside the coaching scope, injuries from unsupervised workouts, reactions to conditions not disclosed at intake, or outcomes from incomplete execution of the plan.

10. Recording of calls and use of recordings

1. All calls are recorded. Every call or session with Mind Reforge or Basit Anwar is recorded, as audio, video and a written transcript. This covers paid calls, free calls, 1-to-1 sessions, onboarding and check-in calls, on any platform (for example Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp). By booking, paying for or joining a call, you agree to it being recorded.
2. Why we record. We use recordings to:
   • keep accurate notes and deliver and improve your programme;
   • check quality and train our team and our systems;
   • make marketing, educational and social media content, only in the anonymised form described in point 3.
3. How we anonymise content. Before any part of a recording appears in public content, we remove anything that could identify you. This means:
   • your face is blurred, cropped or hidden;
   • your voice is altered, replaced with a voice-over, or shown only as on-screen text;
   • your name, username, phone number, email, city, workplace, the names of family members and any other identifying detail are removed;
   • any health information is never shown in a way that could be linked to you.
   We will not publish anything that shows your identity unless you give us separate consent in writing (for example, a written "yes" on WhatsApp or email).
4. Ownership. Recordings, transcripts and any content made from them belong to Mind Reforge Limited. You will not be paid, credited or owed any fee for their use.
5. Asking us not to use your call in content. If you do not want any part of your call used in content, even anonymised, tell us in writing (basit@mindreforge.com) before your call, or within 7 days after it. We will then use your recording only for notes and service delivery. We cannot recall content already published before we received your request, because it does not identify you.
6. Other people on the call. If anyone else joins your call, you confirm that you have told them it is recorded, and that these terms apply to them too.
7. Age. Calls are for people aged 18 or over. We do not use recordings of anyone under 18 in content.
8. How long we keep recordings. We keep raw recordings for up to 3 years after your last call, then delete them. Anonymised published content may be kept indefinitely.
9. Security. Recordings are stored with restricted access, and are not shared with anyone outside Mind Reforge and the services we use to store and edit them.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that you have with Mind Reforge Limited (trading as The Mind Reforge).
