The 7-Day Refund Promise

If you join one of my coaching programs — 30-Day Reforge Coaching, 90-Day Comeback, or The Full Comeback (180 days) — and you do the work for one full week without seeing a change in your body, your energy, or your sleep, I refund every penny.

Here is exactly how it works:

• The 7 days start on the day onboarding completes. Onboarding completes the moment your first personalised plan is delivered to you. It does not start on the day of payment, because I want every paying client to actually receive what they paid for before any refund clock begins.
• You must demonstrate full execution. The promise is "do the work for one week." To claim the refund, you send proof of execution: daily meal photos showing the prescribed meals, completed workout records (timestamped photos or screen captures from the workout app), and your weekly check-in submission. Anyone who genuinely did the work has the photos. Anyone who didn't, won't.
• The deadline is the end of day seven. Refund requests received within 7 days of onboarding completion are eligible. After day 7, the refund window has closed. Program continuation, plan adjustment, or pause options remain available — but a refund is no longer one of them.
• The refund is processed within 7 business days. For Gumroad payments (international and India), the refund returns to the original payment method. For Pakistan QR-based payments, the refund is sent via bank transfer to a nominated account in your name.
• No interview. No friction. Once eligibility is confirmed, the refund moves. You will not be asked to "reconsider" or pushed into a "pause" against your will. If you want out, you are out.

This is the only promise a coach should be willing to make, because if I cannot move someone in seven days of full execution, the problem is mine to fix or refund.

What is Not Refundable

The 7-Day Refund Promise applies to coaching programs only. The following are not refundable:

• The Free 3-Day Plan. It is free.
• The $10 tripwire (Days 4–7 + Hair Foundation + Sleep Reset). This is a digital product delivered immediately on purchase. Once delivered, it cannot be returned. Refunds on $10 digital products would consume more time than the price warrants — for both of us.
• Brand partnership fees, sponsored content fees, media kit and rate card services. These are commercial agreements with separate contracts and timelines. Refund terms are negotiated case-by-case in those contracts.
• Already-completed coaching programs at month two or beyond. If you have been through Day 8 onwards of a 30-Day, or past Day 30 of a 90-Day, the refund window has closed. The work has been delivered.

Pause & Reschedule Policy

Life happens. Medical events, family emergencies, work travel, exam season, religious obligations — these do not need to end your coaching.

You can pause your program once for up to 30 days without penalty during the active program period. Send me a WhatsApp with the reason and the dates, and your program clock pauses. When you return, the remaining days resume from exactly where you left them.

This is offered because I treat clients as humans, not as Groupon transactions. Use it when you genuinely need it, not as a way to delay starting.

Coaching Code of Conduct

Coaching is a relationship between two people. Both sides have responsibilities.

What I commit to:

• Weekly 1-on-1 video calls, scheduled at a time that works for you
• Plan rebuilds every 7 days based on your actual progress
• WhatsApp replies within hours during the day, the next morning at the latest. Priority WhatsApp on the 90-Day and Full Comeback programs means faster replies and proactive check-ins from me
• Honest feedback. If something is not working, I will tell you. If your situation is outside what I can help with, I will tell you that too.

What you commit to:

• Honest reporting in weekly check-ins. The plan can only adjust to the truth.
• Weighed meals, not estimated portions, for at least the first 30 days
• Completing the workouts as prescribed, scaled if needed but not skipped
• Responding to weekly check-ins within 48 hours
• Reaching out when things slip — not pretending it didn't happen

Either side can terminate the coaching relationship if the commitment is consistently broken. If I am the one stepping back — for any reason on my side — a pro-rated refund of unused weeks applies.

Intellectual Property

The plans, content, methodology, document templates, and the entire system you receive are the intellectual property of The Mind Reforge. They are licensed to you for personal use during and after your coaching program.

Clients may not:

• Republish, resell, or redistribute the plans or methodology to non-clients
• Share the Notion link, PDFs, or other materials with people who have not paid for them
• Use the methodology or plans as the basis for their own coaching business or sold product

Clients may:

• Discuss their experience with friends, family, partners, doctors
• Share before/after results publicly using their own photos and their own words
• Recommend the coaching to others with personal endorsement (referrals welcome)

Privacy & Data

I take client data seriously because clients trust me with sensitive information — their bodies, their medical history, their goals, their photos.

What I collect:

• Lead form data (name, WhatsApp, email) when you fill the soft gate on the lead magnet
• Intake form data (body measurements, medical history, dietary preferences, goals) when you join a coaching program
• Progress photos and weekly check-in submissions during the program

How it is stored:

• Lead form data lives in Google Sheets, in my private Google Workspace account
• Intake forms and weekly check-ins live in my private Tally account
• Photos and personalised plans live in private Notion workspaces shared only with you
• WhatsApp conversations live on the WhatsApp servers (end-to-end encrypted by Meta)

What I do not do:

• Sell, share, or trade your data with any third party
• Use your data for advertising targeting outside my own marketing
• Keep your data after you formally request deletion

You can request full deletion of your data at any time by emailing basit@mindreforge.com with the subject "Data deletion request." Your data will be removed within 30 days and you will receive written confirmation.

Photo Usage

Client progress photos are the property of the client. The Mind Reforge does not own them.

I may use client photos publicly — on Instagram, the website, the media kit — but only with the client's face blurred or cropped out. Bodies, transformations, results — visible. Faces — not visible.

If, in a special case, I would like to use a photo with the client's face visible (for example a testimonial reel or an interview), I will ask separately, in writing, for that specific photo or batch of photos. A WhatsApp message or email confirmation from you is sufficient consent.

You can revoke consent for face-visible photos at any time by sending me a message — I will remove or re-edit those specific photos within 7 days.

Anonymised, face-blurred photos are used by default in marketing because the body's progress tells the story without violating anyone's privacy.

Payments & Pricing

How payments are processed:

• International and India payments are processed through Gumroad. UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking are accepted.
• Pakistan payments are processed through direct bank transfer to my Meezan Bank account using QR codes provided on the Pakistan pricing page. Payment confirmation is via WhatsApp screenshot.

Pricing changes do not affect existing clients. If you join at the current price and prices later go up, your existing program runs at the price you paid. If prices go down, the price you paid still stands — but I may offer existing clients a credit or upgrade option case-by-case.

Renewal grace period. If your program ends and you intend to continue, you have a 14-day grace period at the existing rate. Beyond 14 days, the renewal is treated as a new program at the current price.

Currency. International prices are in USD. India prices are in INR via Gumroad. Pakistan prices are in PKR via direct transfer. Currency conversion at any other point — for example if you want to pay in a different currency — is at my discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Coaching is not medical advice. I am a transformation coach, not a medical doctor, registered dietitian, or licensed therapist. The plans, recommendations, and methodology I provide are general nutrition and fitness coaching, not medical treatment.

Before starting any coaching program, especially if you have a medical condition (diabetes, thyroid, PCOS, cardiovascular conditions, eating disorder history, are pregnant, or are recovering from surgery), you must consult your medical doctor and confirm that the program is appropriate for your situation.

The Mind Reforge is not liable for:

• Health outcomes outside my coaching scope
• Injuries sustained during workouts performed without supervision
• Adverse reactions to dietary changes you did not disclose during intake
• Outcomes that result from incomplete execution of the plan
• Decisions you make based on the coaching that fall outside the program's stated scope

The system has worked for 16+ active clients across four continents. It has been built on real bodies in real lives. Apply it to yours with informed consent and your doctor's approval.
