Refund & Cancellation

1. What you are buying, and how it is delivered

The Mind Reforge sells digital coaching programmes and plans. This is a digital service. There is no physical product and no physical shipping. Everything is delivered to you electronically: your personalised meal and workout plan, video guidance, and ongoing coaching are sent to you online over WhatsApp, email, and our digital tools.

Delivery happens as soon as your onboarding is complete, normally within 1 to 2 working days of payment, once you have shared your intake details. Access continues for the full length of the programme you bought.

2. The 7-day money-back guarantee

Every paid programme of 30 days or more, including the 42-Day Comeback Challenge, comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Start it, and if within the first 7 days it is not for you, message us and we refund you in full. No questions.

You can also cancel for a full refund before your first personalised plan is delivered. And you can pause your programme once for up to 30 days for a genuine reason (medical, family, travel, exams), and resume from where you left off.

3. After the 7 days

Once the 7-day money-back window has passed, fees are non-refundable, because the programme has been built for you and you have had a full week inside it. If something genuinely goes wrong, write to us and we will look at your case fairly.

Where a refund is agreed, it is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. This is our refund turnaround time.

4. What is not refundable

Day One. It is free.
A programme after its 7-day money-back window has passed.
The 7-day taster week bought on its own. It is a short paid trial. If you continue, it credits in full to your first month.
Brand partnership, sponsored content, and rate-card fees. These are separate commercial agreements.

5. Returns and exchange

Because this is a digital coaching service and not a physical product, there are no physical returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy, the refund and cancellation terms above are how that is handled. We would always rather fix the plan than lose you, so tell us first.
