What I collect, why, what runs on this site, and how to get your data removed. No dark patterns.

This site uses two third-party tools that set cookies and collect usage data:
These do not know your name. You can block them at any time with your browser settings or a privacy extension, you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, and you can turn off Meta's ad tracking in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Payment is taken securely on this website and through trusted third-party payment processors (for example a card processor for worldwide cards, and a cross-border gateway for India and UPI). They handle your card or UPI details directly under their own security and privacy terms. We never see or store your full card number.
Your coaching data lives in my private workspaces and on WhatsApp (end-to-end encrypted by Meta). I do not sell, rent, or trade your data with anyone. The only third parties who touch it are the tools that run the service: the analytics tools above, the payment processors, and the messaging and document tools I use to coach you.
The business operates internationally, so your data may be processed in the United Kingdom and other countries where these standard tools operate. It is handled with the same care wherever it sits.
You can ask me at any time to show you the data I hold on you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask me to stop using your photos. To do any of these, email basit@mindreforge.com with the subject "Data request." Your data is removed within 30 days and you get written confirmation.
Your progress photos belong to you. I only use client photos publicly with the face blurred or cropped out, and only with your separate written permission for any face-visible use. Full detail is on the terms page, section 7.

I run a private tool of my own that uses YouTube API Services to manage my own YouTube channel, @TheMindreforge: to upload my own videos, edit their titles, descriptions, tags and privacy, and read my own channel's statistics and analytics.
Because this tool uses YouTube API Services, its use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and my handling of anything received through those services also follows the Google Privacy Policy.
The tool signs in through Google OAuth 2.0 as the owner of my own channel and touches only that channel's own data. It does not access, collect, or store any data belonging to any other person or channel. The only YouTube data I keep is my own channel's authorization tokens, held securely on my own device and used solely to run my channel, and that data is deleted once it is no longer needed.
Access granted to this tool can be removed at any time from the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
