1. A digital service, no physical shipping

The Mind Reforge sells digital coaching programmes and plans. This is a digital service. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. No item is posted, couriered, or delivered to a physical address, so no shipping charges apply.

2. How your programme is delivered

Everything is delivered to you electronically: your personalised meal and workout plan, your video guidance, your access to the members area and community, and your ongoing coaching are all sent to you online over WhatsApp, email, and our digital tools.

3. Delivery timeframe

• The self-serve 42-Day Comeback Challenge unlocks instantly after payment; you receive access on the same screen and by email or WhatsApp.
• One-to-one coaching and personalised plans begin as soon as your onboarding is complete, normally within 1 to 2 working days of payment, once you have shared your intake details.

Access then continues for the full length of the programme you bought.

4. If something does not arrive

If you have paid and not received access in the timeframe above, write to us and we will sort it out quickly. Delivery, refunds and cancellation are covered together in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
